Lead and execute manual and automated testing of voice protocols (SIP, MGCP, H.248) on telecom devices such as ONTs, OLTs, and modems.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Robot Framework, and Abacus within test automation frameworks.
Write and execute detailed test plans and cases, perform regression and release testing, and collaborate with development teams to debug and validate issues.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Networking and Voice technology.
Proficient in voice protocol testing: SIP, MGCP, H.248, and familiar with IPTV (IGMP), SS7, DOCSIS, and network protocols.
Hands-on experience with tools including Wireshark, Jira, Bamboo, Abacus, Ameritec Fortissimo, and Spirent Test Center.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experienced in working within Agile/Scrum environments and comfortable collaborating across teams.
Capable of leading test process improvements and potentially mentoring junior testers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to debug complex voice and data protocol issues.
