Manage and support enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift platforms in on-premises environments, ensuring administration, security, performance, and lifecycle management.
Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of OpenShift clusters and components.

3–5 years overall IT experience with 2–4 years hands-on OpenShift/Kubernetes administration experience.
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP 4.x) and Kubernetes in regulated or enterprise environments.
Strong Linux (RHEL) administration skills and experience with automation tools (Ansible, Shell Scripting, or Terraform).
Experienced managing containerized workloads and OpenShift platform components including Operators, networking, storage, and cluster administration.
Familiar with OpenShift security concepts (RBAC, SCC, certificates, secrets) and monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, or Kibana.
Hands-on exposure to CI/CD/GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Tekton, Jenkins) and able to deliver operational support including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
