Proven track record leading full lifecycle Dynamics 365 SCM projects from discovery to hypercare with strong functional consulting skills.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Experience managing SLA-driven production support, performing root cause analysis, and driving process improvements.
