7.5+ years of relevant experience in SmartStream TLM implementation, customization, administration, and support.
Strong expertise in banking reconciliation systems including Cards, Payments, GL, Nostro, VAT reconciliations and banking domain knowledge.
Proficient with Oracle Flexcube or other core banking systems, Oracle/SQL databases, Unix/Linux scripting (Shell or Python), and integration technologies (APIs, middleware).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experienced in architecting enterprise workflow and process orchestration solutions with focus on financial transaction lifecycle in banking domain.
Able to lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement and translate business requirements into technical PoCs and prototypes for large scale deployments.
Comfortable operating in Agile global delivery environments, managing complex integrations, and optimizing performance of reconciliation systems.
