Manages telecom expense and inventory by partnering with Telecom Expense Management systems to audit billing and track assets, driving cost optimization through network architecture analysis.
Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and network engineers to ensure best operational support and compliance with contracts, while delivering savings objectives and continuous process improvements.
3 to 5+ years of experience in IT/telecom procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or telecom expense analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of telecom circuits (MPLS, DIA, broadband), carrier billing, and networking hardware.
Proficiency with analytical tools such as advanced Microsoft Excel and procurement platforms like Coupa, SAP, or Oracle Fusion.
Experience developing and implementing category strategies that deliver measurable KPI improvements such as cost savings and supplier diversity.
Capable of managing complex sourcing events including RFX management and enterprise agreement negotiation with large suppliers.
Demonstrates commercial acumen in contract analysis, supplier relationship management, and total-cost-of-ownership evaluation, with the ability to operate autonomously and influence cross-functional stakeholders globally.
