Own and ensure timely delivery of vendor master data operations and BAU requests with adherence to SLA and compliance policies.
Lead audit readiness activities including evidence submission, audit responses, walkthroughs, and closure of audit requirements.
Drive process improvements and change governance, including training, project coordination, and management of critical operational issues.
Graduate or equivalent qualification required.
7 to 15 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in control/audit related to Finance, Procurement, or Vendor Master data.
Experience and knowledge of Vendor Master in MDG, SAP, and Customer Master in Salesforce, SAP; advanced MS Office skills required.
Flexible to work across multiple shift zones (ANZ/ASPAC/UK/Europe/US); team leadership experience preferred.
Experienced leader able to manage and coordinate vendor master data operations across global collaborators under time pressures without compromising controls.
Strong communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels in an international, cross-cultural environment.
Detail-oriented with capabilities in audit controls, data reconciliation, and driving measurable process efficiency improvements.
