Design, develop, and maintain software applications and solutions for Amgen’s Veeva Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm platforms.
Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of Vault PromoMats, Vault MedComm, and related hosted applications, ensuring availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, implement change controls, and comply with GxP Validation and risk-based validation methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
2 to 6 years of experience in Information Systems or related roles.
Experience with Amgen’s Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm, including Veeva configuration, custom builds, and platform administration certification required.
Must be willing and able to work second or third shift schedules (including evening and night shifts).
Experienced in managing and validating projects in GxP regulated environments, demonstrating strong knowledge of SDLC and change control processes.
Proficient in programming languages like Python and JavaScript, and familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Capable of operating in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment with global virtual teams, maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring system integrations.
