Manage daily operations and configuration of Amgen's Veeva Vault Platform and hosted applications, ensuring system availability and performance.
Develop, implement, and maintain custom applications, reports, SDKs, and interfaces on the Veeva Vault Platform adhering to GxP validation processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure data quality and compliance, automate operations, monitor system health, and respond to incidents.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2-5 years of work experience in IT, Information Systems, or related domain.
Experience with multiple Veeva Vault systems including configuration and custom builds; Veeva Vault Platform Administrator or equivalent certification is mandatory.
Willingness and ability to work evening or night shifts (Second Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm IST; Third Shift: 10:00pm-7:00am IST).
Experienced in managing and validating systems within GxP regulated environments with strong understanding of SDLC and Risk Based Validation.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Able to operate effectively in a globally distributed team, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate technical requirements into scalable solutions on the Veeva Vault Platform.
