Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution using SAFe principles, ensuring successful Program Increment (PI) planning, execution, and alignment with strategic priorities.
Coach Scrum Masters, Agile teams, Product Managers, and leaders to improve Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness across global, cross-functional teams.
