Build and maintain PMO reporting, dashboards, trackers, workflows, and automation solutions using Smartsheet, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and Jira to improve visibility and decision-making.
Analyze portfolio and program data to identify trends, data gaps, risks, and opportunities, delivering clear reporting outputs to PMO and IT stakeholders.
Support program managers and PMO leadership with governance materials, status reporting, action tracking, and executive-ready updates to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
4-7 years of experience in IT consulting, business intelligence, automation, PMO reporting, business analysis, project coordination, data analytics, or IT operations support roles.
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet for creating reports, dashboards, workflows, templates, and automations.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint; plus experience with project/program data including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and status reporting.
Experience supporting IT PMO, enterprise portfolio reporting, transformation programs, governance routines, or global delivery teams.
Ability to work independently with broadly defined processes while collaborating across India, US, and EU teams including overlapping international working hours.
Familiarity with Jira reporting, issue tracking, workflow tracking, data integration, and practices such as data quality, reporting governance, process documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
