Lead end-to-end SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support activities for SAP S4 HANA Order to Cash processes.
Configure and customize SAP SD modules including Customer Master, Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Credit Management, Shipping, Billing, Returns, and Intercompany Sales.
Collaborate with business users and development teams to design, review technical specifications, support integration with other SAP modules, conduct testing, and provide production support and process improvements.
