Operate and support Shell’s central SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ensuring stable, reliable, and secure services for business end users.
Analyze and resolve operational incidents and problems on the BTP platform, including ticket resolution and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Service Management, Application Support, Project Delivery teams, and vendors to maintain and enhance BTP capabilities, automate tasks, and support infrastructure components like Azure VMs.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
Knowledge and experience in SAP BTP operations, scripting languages (Java or Python), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure Power Platform), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or BTP).
Experience with SAP Basis administration, database management, IT Service Management, and strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working in agile environments with understanding of SAFE methodologies and DevSecOps teams.
Technical expertise in SAP BTP including cloud integrations, SAP HANA administration, CPI development, and Fiori configurations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-cultural teams in a virtual environment while managing complex, multi-discipline technical incidents within business SLAs.
