Lead strategic planning and execution of complex technology programs across Infrastructure, Networking, Desktop Engineering, Service Desk, and DevOps.
Manage project charters, integrated plans, resources, risks, milestones, budgets and financial forecasts to ensure projects meet schedule, scope, and budget targets.
Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders, facilitate communication, and continuously improve program management processes and practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience.
8-10 years overall experience with minimum 2-4 years in project or program management roles.
Preferred certifications: PMP, CSP, PMI-ACP (not mandatory but preferred).
Must be able to work 2pm–11pm IST shift from office location.
Experienced Program Manager or Senior Project Manager with strong background managing large, complex technology projects and resource portfolios.
Demonstrated expertise in financial management of projects, risk assessment, and use of program management tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams in a hybrid work environment.
