Develop, maintain, and enhance out-of-the-box data connectors and parsers to ingest data from various third-party security products into CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM.
Set up and maintain lab/test environments for security products to validate connectors, troubleshoot ingestion issues, and ensure reliable log ingestion.
Provide on-call support for critical data ingestion incidents and collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve data ingestion issues and deliver documentation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of cybersecurity experience with SIEM integration development (e.g. Splunk, Sentinel, Exabeam, QRadar).
Experience with security data ingestion formats (Syslog, CEF, LEEF, JSON, XML) and log processing tools like Cribl or Splunk forwarder.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years in cybersecurity and SIEM integrations.
Proven expertise building and troubleshooting SIEM data connectors and ingestion pipelines for large-scale security platforms.
Hands-on experience managing security product environments (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, CASB, etc.) to validate log ingestion and troubleshooting.
Ability to produce technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams under production incident conditions.
