Alternate between 6 months traveling the U.S. visiting independent jewelry retailers to present and close B2B orders, and 6 months Mumbai-based working the U.S. night shift to service accounts via reorder follow-ups and new collection pushes.

Experience with high-value B2B deal closing and strong presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable representing premium products.
Experienced hunter with proven ability to open cold B2B accounts and nurture them remotely over time, managing relationships through night-shift account servicing.
Comfortable operating in a demanding dual-role environment requiring both extensive travel and night-shift office-based customer management.
Previous exposure to the U.S. jewelry market and familiarity with lab-grown diamonds, IGI certifications, Salesforce CRM, or existing relationships with U.S. independent jewelers is a plus but not mandatory.
