Remote US-shift and common AP role attract applicants, but NetSuite/Ramp and seniority moderate competition.
AP skills transfer across industries, but US GAAP, NetSuite and Ramp requirements raise domain specificity.
Explicit 8–12 years requirement plus mandatory NetSuite, Ramp and US GAAP makes shortlisting highly stringent.
