Own and manage the end-to-end Verification & Validation programs for Pixxel satellite avionics missions.
Develop, deploy, and maintain automated testing pipelines, CI systems, embedded test frameworks, and tools for integrated testing across multiple missions.
Drive cross-team discussions to develop and execute system-level test plans, analyze results, perform root cause analysis, and document findings effectively.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in verification and validation of embedded or avionics systems.
Proven experience building automation infrastructure for testing embedded systems, managing CI pipelines, and interpreting software/electrical specifications and schematics.
Mandatory expertise in scripting, embedded/networked systems, hardware/software-in-loop setups, and Linux-based development environments.
Experienced in verification & validation campaigns for distributed cyber-physical or avionics systems with demonstrated result analysis and multi-system testing skills.
Able to architect and deliver automated integrated test infrastructures and CI pipelines in a cross-functional startup environment with minimal structure.
Comfortable working with FPGA, rapid prototyping, simulators, and familiar with space/launch system verification standards (preferred but not mandatory).
