Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of systems through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and incident resolution.
Develop automation tools and scripts to reduce manual workload and improve system resilience and efficiency.

Experience required in Linux/Unix system administration and commands.

Comfortable communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (RTB, BTB, Compliance, project areas).
Familiarity with containerized microservices (OpenShift/APIs), public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), monitoring tools (AppDynamics, ITRS), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab), and programming/scripting languages (Shell, Java, Python) is advantageous.
