Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality Java full stack software solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, RESTful APIs, and Angular.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with business objectives, including complex problem-solving and risk mitigation.
Lead or guide team members in software development projects, conduct code reviews, ensure secure coding practices, implement unit testing, and influence decision-making and policy development within the technology function.
Work Experience Required: Experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with Core Java, Spring framework (Spring Boot & Spring Batch), RESTful API Services, and Angular.
Experience with writing test cases, Unix Shell scripting, relational databases and SQL, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Location: This role is based in Pune.
Good communication and organizational skills mandatory.
Experienced in delivering complex software projects with strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Familiar with secure coding, unit testing, and risk controls within software development lifecycle.
Exposure to Capital Markets, Trade Execution, OMS, or PMS systems is an added advantage but not mandatory.
