3-4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, government advisory, renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or public policy.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience managing PMU assignments and multi-stakeholder government consulting engagements in renewable energy.
Strong understanding of renewable energy policies, power sector regulations, electricity markets, and clean energy transition initiatives.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder government projects in renewable energy with ability to coordinate across departments and stakeholders.
Capable of analytical and data-driven policy and regulatory advisory with strong project management and team leadership skills.
Skilled in client relationship management and effective communication with senior government officials and executive stakeholders, including report writing and presentations.
