Experienced in handling first-level IT infrastructure support with operational ownership of incident management using ITSM tools.
Familiar with basic networking troubleshooting and virtualization environments supporting ESXi and Windows servers.
Capable of providing effective end-user support both on-site and remotely with strong communication skills for diverse technical proficiency levels.
