Provide production support and ensure high availability and operational stability for cloud infrastructure, databases, and enterprise applications.
Perform infrastructure and database issue troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions to improve service reliability.
Administer cloud and database environments including backup & recovery, performance tuning, patching, capacity planning, and support production deployments following ITIL/change management processes.
8–12 years of experience supporting enterprise production environments.
Expert-level experience in Snowflake and AWS RDS.
Strong understanding and experience administering relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Location requirement: Chennai, India.
Experienced in supporting large enterprise cloud infrastructure with architectural skills to design new solutions.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and customers for seamless service delivery.
Familiarity with Linux administration, scripting (Shell/Python/PowerShell), cloud automation, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and AWS or Cloud certifications preferred but not mandatory.
