Own and lead architecture and development of enterprise Java applications within forensic case management and LIMS platforms.

Extensive enterprise Java development experience (10+ years) including hands-on architecture and development.
Experience with Java 11/17, Jakarta EE, Eclipse RCP, PostgreSQL, WildFly, JPA/Hibernate, and DevOps tooling (Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Maven).
Experience working in regulated or complex operational environments (e.g., Forensics, LIMS).
Senior technical leader comfortable with hands-on development and software architecture in enterprise Java environments.
Experience operating in complex, regulated domains with a focus on compliance and high-quality delivery.
Effective collaborator across distributed, multi-location Agile teams with capability to support team onboarding and knowledge sharing.
