Lead end-to-end functional solution design, configuration, and implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules for manufacturing clients.
Own and lead workshops including Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) with client stakeholders, managing full project phases from Analysis through Go-Live.
Direct responsibility for data migration, testing (SIT & UAT), training, post-go-live support, and functional issue resolution.
8+ years of ERP experience with at least 4 years on Dynamics AX 2012/D365 F&O SCM modules in manufacturing implementations.
Minimum 3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations completed with hands-on Manufacturing SCM experience.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Proven leadership in independently conducting functional workshops and CRPs with senior and C-level stakeholders.
Experience leading data migration, UAT, cutover activities, with strong documentation skills and ability to mentor juniors.
