Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Electronics & Communication, Information Systems, or related engineering fields.
5-7 years of experience in cyber security quality governance, operational excellence, audit & compliance, IT service management or managed security operations.
Experience managing quality programs in enterprise or managed cyber security services environments with stakeholder engagement and governance reporting.
Relevant cybersecurity or quality certifications; Master’s degree preferred; experience with audit readiness and preventive quality frameworks in cyber operations.
Experienced in multi-domain cyber security quality governance including IAM, SOC operations, third-party risk management, or application security.
Proven background in driving continuous improvement initiatives, audit readiness, and operational quality frameworks in global or multi-client delivery environments.
Strong stakeholder management and governance communication skills with capability to mentor quality teams and lead operational standardization.
