Lead execution of medium- to complex-level sales and use tax return preparation and filing using compliance software.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, accounting, or related field is mandatory.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation is preferred.
Candidate must be willing to work shifts aligned with US time zones (currently 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST) and accept potential overtime.
Experience mentoring or guiding junior staff and new hires in tax compliance processes to meet delivery and quality standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong time management and detail orientation in tax compliance.
Comfortable working in a shift-based role with frequent communication between Indian and US teams across time zones.
