Lead end-to-end functional support and incident resolution for SAP S/4HANA ERP operations across core modules including OTC, ICO, STP, RTR, MDM, MAKE, MTO, PLAN, and LOG.
Collaborate with global teams including Basis, Security, and Development to ensure system stability, manage enhancements, and maintain governance.
Support rollout, stabilization, and ongoing maintenance of next-generation ERP ecosystem with focus on performance monitoring, compliance, and documentation.

10-12+ years of SAP ERP support experience, specifically with SAP S/4HANA Run/Support environments (L2/L3).

Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid), 40% travel required.
Experienced in multi-module SAP functional leadership with cross-module knowledge and understanding of SAP ecosystem including SAP BTP, Ariba, IBP, TM, EHS, GTS, OpenText, Vistex.
Familiarity with cloud-based SAP environments (e.g., RISE with SAP) and integration technologies (APIs, middleware).
Background in multinational organizations, preferably in Life Sciences or Healthcare, and exposure to SAP Centers of Excellence or working with system integrators/partners.
