Manage the Growth pod of 6-10 engineers across frontend, backend, and integrations, owning the roadmap, delivery, and quality standards.
Own and overhaul the public client-facing API, move client onboarding from third-party tools to an in-house build with dynamic jurisdiction and segment-specific KYB/KYC policies.

Demonstrated success managing product delivery with GTM teams and enforcing disciplined stage-gated development without slowing execution.
