Manage, support, and update a large cluster of custom-configured Windows virtual machines within a VLAN environment leveraging VMWare infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft, networking, and application software issues, including systematic bugs, independently analyzing and validating solutions.
Collaborate with development teams for software testing, validation, release, and create installation/upgrade instructions, while training field teams on software procedures.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in software/technical support or related roles.
Fluent in English; ability to travel approximately 10%, mainly to Taiwan and US headquarters.
