Operate and maintain the CARS/BI backend within global Enterprise Data Warehouse, ensuring system stability and continuous data loading.
Own and optimize SQL data pipelines, relational data models, and data warehouse structures supporting internal reporting and global Data Management initiatives.
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for internal users across SCM and Sales, ensure timely delivery of business-critical reports, and support the Data Center team on BI infrastructure issues.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, or database development with hands-on SQL and ETL work in enterprise environment.
Experience with BI platforms (e.g. IBM Cognos) or ETL tools (e.g. Informatica PowerCenter); strong SQL skills, preferably Oracle PLSQL.
Experience with relational databases, data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization; knowledge of enterprise data flows such as SAP/CARS is a plus.
Experienced working in a global or multi-time-zone IT environment supporting business users and BI operations, especially in SCM or Sales domains.
Strong ownership of data pipelines, relational data modeling, and reporting delivery accountability with a focus on system stability and data accuracy.
Skilled in handling and resolving infrastructure-related issues collaboratively between BI and Data Center teams to ensure high availability.
