Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of combined system test and program management experience in SoC/embedded industry, preferably with AI accelerator systems or related technologies.
Strong technical understanding of AI accelerator systems including orchestration, platform, and application software test planning, execution, prioritization, and defect management.
Experience in technical program management covering risk assessment, scheduling, dependency management, and release readiness in AI, semiconductor, or system software domains.
Experienced program manager with a strong technical background in AI inference accelerator system integration testing and related software/hardware validation.
Skilled in coordinating complex cross-functional teams and managing multi-project dependencies within AI semiconductor or embedded systems contexts.
Ability to translate complex technical testing data into executive summaries and dashboards enabling senior leadership decision-making and continuous process improvement.
