Head of Strategy and Business Excellence DXR

Lead and oversee the short-term and long-term strategic planning process for the Diagnostic X-Ray business, ensuring alignment of resources, technology, and processes with organizational goals.

Develop, execute, and continuously improve daily management frameworks and lean transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence and sustained competitive advantage.

Enable faster decision-making and problem-solving by coaching leaders, managing KPIs, facilitating performance dialogues, and driving accountability across the organization.

Minimum 10+ years of strategy leadership, continuous improvement, or transformation experience in a large/complex commercial organization.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.

Strong operational, analytical, data-driven mindset with expertise in change management, transformation, and project management.

Ability to travel approximately 30%; role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week.

Experienced strategic partner skilled at collaborating with senior leadership to position business for competitive success in dynamic markets.

Demonstrates strong influence, communication, and consulting skills to secure buy-in from senior executives and manage cross-functional teams.

Comfortable leading structured problem-solving and lean initiatives in uncertain, unstructured environments.
