Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5.
Build AEM components, templates, workflows and integrations with enterprise systems using Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS).
Perform performance tuning, debugging, secure coding, production support and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model across Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, or Chennai.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 and its architecture.
Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ReactJS, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
Work location must be Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, or Chennai with hybrid work expectation (minimum onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).
Experienced AEM full stack developer comfortable handling end-to-end development including front-end UI implementation and back-end integration with enterprise systems and APIs.
Capable of implementing multi-site, multi-language architectures with governance models and supporting content authors through templating and workflow design.
Familiar with AEM ecosystem tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Launch, Target), enterprise data governance, and related integrations (MuleSoft, Salesforce) is a plus but not mandatory.
