Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) financial operations including manual journal entries, month-end and year-end close activities within a GCC environment.
Ensure General Ledger integrity and compliance with US GAAP/IFRS accounting policies including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
Collaborate with global onshore stakeholders to drive issue resolution, support audits, maintain SLA adherence, and implement continuous improvements including SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration activities.
2-5 years of work experience in R2R or General Accounting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance) or CA Inter qualified.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA, including exposure to SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, month-end close, reconciliations, and knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS.
Experience operating within a GCC finance shared services or global captive center environment managing multiple time zones.
Ability to transition from transactional processing to a business partner role that highlights risks and variance.
Proficient with analytical tools like Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfortable supporting audits and compliance (SOX).
