Proficiency in requirement gathering, functional documentation, stakeholder communication, and testing coordination; experience with UML, BPMN, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and SQL.
Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, preferably with Scrum certification or familiarity.
Skilled in collaborating with senior business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams for alignment and best practice adherence.
Capable of working independently and under pressure while maintaining professionalism and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
