Lead and manage a team of software and data engineers to build secure, scalable identity and access management (IAM) reporting and analytics platforms.
Design and oversee development of data pipelines, dashboards, API integrations delivering real-time and batch analytics for cybersecurity IAM operations and compliance.
Own end-to-end delivery, performance monitoring, and support of critical analytics platforms used by cybersecurity leadership, auditors, and senior executives.
5+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years of leadership/management experience.
Experience with reporting and analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, SAS, Python, Alteryx) and engineering tools (JIRA, GitHub, MS-PowerApps).
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in cybersecurity, software engineering, and data analytics environments within regulated industries (financial services or healthcare preferred).
Strong background in building/managing distributed data systems, APIs, cloud-native applications (GCP, AWS, Azure preferred), and knowledge of cybersecurity data sources and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST).
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and senior leadership; skilled in agile program management and AI/ML applications in cybersecurity analytics.
