Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in security operations or vulnerability management role.
Experience with vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable) and SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, etc.).
Hands-on knowledge of security tools (EDR, IDS, firewalls, threat intelligence platforms) and familiarity with TCP/IP, networking, Windows/Linux logs, and cloud security.
Experienced security operations professional with strong incident response and threat analysis capabilities, comfortable working in a SOC environment.
Skillful in tuning security detection tools and applying threat intelligence to reduce false positives and proactively hunt threats.
Practically knowledgeable in cloud security, scripting for automation (preferably Python), and understanding of networking protocols and system logs.
