Design, develop, and implement scalable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on the Reltio platform including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchies.
Develop and manage Lifecycle Actions (LCA), Python-based custom logic/services, API integrations, and match/merge rules for golden record creation in Reltio.
Collaborate with data teams and support data governance, stewardship workflows, ensure data lineage, traceability, compliance, and troubleshoot Reltio performance, including coordinating issues with consuming downstream systems.
8–10 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), with strong Reltio MDM platform expertise.
Proficiency in Python programming, SQL, PySpark, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and Unix/Linux environments.
Domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences, including HCP/HCO mastering, Affiliations, Product Master / Material Master.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; Master’s degree with 3+ years experience or Bachelor's with 5+ years acceptable; AWS Certified Data Engineer and Databricks or Reltio MDM certifications preferred.
Experienced in 2–3 end-to-end Reltio MDM implementations, preferably in regulated Pharma/Life Sciences environments.
Demonstrates strong technical skills in Reltio configuration, Lifecycle Actions, Python scripting, and data integration tools like Databricks and Airflow.
Capable of managing complex data governance and stewardship workflows with accountability for data quality, lineage, and compliance.
