Minimum 3 years PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation including Graph API.
Minimum 2 years Microsoft 365 administration experience (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online) and 1 year AI-enabled or agent-based solution experience.
Experienced in delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions in a service-oriented, backlog-driven delivery model.
Comfortable working with AI agent implementations (e.g., Copilot Studio) and knowledgeable about governance, security, and lifecycle management in regulated environments, preferably healthcare.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze automation failures, follow architectural guidelines, and produce documentation and governance reports.
