Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software testing, coding, design, and system development.
Proficiency in multiple programming/scripting languages such as Java, C#, Perl, Python, Groovy, Oracle, and SQL.
Experience with ALM, unit testing, security testing, API/REST validation, mobile testing, and knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), TDD, and BDD methodologies.
Experience creating and managing comprehensive automated testing strategies across varied frameworks and environments.
Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision, solving complex issues creatively and with good judgment.
Comfortable acting as a client-focused owner coordinating multi-environment testing initiatives and leading cross-functional collaboration.
