Own the design, configuration, operation, and documentation of the company’s IT infrastructure covering servers, cloud, networking, security, and core services.
Lead and guide technical teams, troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, ensure system performance and security including backups and compliance.
Manage Windows servers, virtualization, active directory, network devices, security systems, and vendor relations, maintaining reliability and documentation standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of overall IT systems experience, with at least 3 years in an IT Systems Engineer role.
Strong knowledge in networking, server OS, cloud services, security practices, and infrastructure monitoring.
Preferred certifications: MCSE/Azure, VMWare, Cisco; familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools preferred.
Experienced Systems Engineer capable of technical leadership and managing complex IT environments including cloud, virtualization, and network security.
Comfortable working independently with responsibility for critical infrastructure and leading team skill development.
Demonstrates operational rigor including documentation, process adherence, monitoring, compliance, and vendor management in a multi-industry, matrix organization setup.
