Proactively monitor and manage mobile service alarms and network faults to minimize customer impact across GSM, LTE, and 5G networks.
End-to-end incident management including diagnosis, prioritization, escalation, and resolution tracking to meet SLA-driven operational expectations.
Collaborate with second-line support, engineering teams, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues and support network integration and transformation activities.
Minimum 2 years experience in telecommunications, network operations, or service assurance environment.
Good understanding of GSM, LTE, and 5G mobile network architectures including RAN and Core components.
Experience with fault and ticket management tools such as NETSCOUT, Mycom, Remedy, or Netcool.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple incidents in a fast-paced, ticket-driven SLA environment with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with mobile network signaling protocols (Diameter, GTP, SIP, SS7, PFCP, etc.) and experience working across multi-vendor telecommunications networks.
Operational experience involving mobile network fault management, service restoration, and contribution to process improvements and network transformations.
