Own client inquiry management and ensure accurate, timely responses including escalation and resolution of system-related issues.
Accountable for team performance in meeting accuracy and timeliness criteria, including leadership responsibilities such as hiring, disciplining, and development of team members.
Drive process improvements, workflow enhancements, risk identification and compliance adherence within securities lending and client reporting operations.
3-6 years of relevant experience in securities lending or related financial domain.
Graduate degree or above, preferably in Finance.
Expertise required in Cognos, Power BI, VBA/Macros; knowledge of SQL and MS Access database queries.
Night shift requirement: 5 PM – 2 AM IST.
Experienced in securities lending operations with detailed knowledge of securities borrowing, lending, and recall processes.
Proven leadership capability managing direct reports with authority over hiring, compensation, and performance management.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate across internal and external teams to proactively resolve issues and improve workflows.
