8+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation or digital programs, preferably in Manufacturing & Supply environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Strong hands-on software engineering skills with Python and production-ready practices, plus experience with AI/ML system integration and deployment.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), AI lifecycle tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), and enterprise system integration (MES/QMS/ERP) including APIs.
Experienced operator capable of translating AI strategy into operational execution at scale in global and regulated Manufacturing & Supply environments.
Strong technical background in AI, software engineering, and cloud systems combined with business process understanding in Supply Chain and Quality.
Demonstrates ability to deliver rapid results with disciplined governance, influencing cross-functional and geographic teams in complex, ambiguous environments.
