Experienced in global matrix organizations coordinating across functions like Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Software, Cybersecurity, Service, Operations, and Commercial teams.
Strong background in managing complex software product development programs in regulated industries such as medical devices or life sciences.
Skilled in establishing and driving structured governance and disciplined execution within PMO to ensure accountability, transparency, and timely delivery.
