Work Experience Required: 2–5 years in R2R / General Accounting
Experience operating in a GCC finance shared service environment or with GCC-specific processes.
Able to transition from processing tasks to a business partner role, proactively managing risks and variances.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and audit-ready documentation culture.
