Manage day-to-day operations of multiple programmes (inclusive education, skilling, livelihoods) ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery across locations.
Build and maintain work plans, budgets, reporting systems, and donor compliance documentation; prepare utilisation certificates and programme progress reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, support state-level coordinators, manage stakeholder liaison including government and donor communications, and escalate risks with proposed solutions.
4–5 years of experience in programme operations or project management with at least 2 years managing multi-location, multi-donor programmes in nonprofit or development sector.
Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, MBA or related field, or strong practical experience in lieu of qualifications.
Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi or regional language preferred.
Experience with donor reporting, MoU compliance, milestone-based accountability, and managing field teams across multiple states/districts.
Operates with strong planning and organizational skills capable of managing multiple concurrent projects without loss of detail.
Experienced in working with government bodies and familiar with RPwD Act, NEP 2020, or NIPUN Bharat is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to deliver programmes on time and budget, maintaining smooth communication with Director and supporting field teams for accountability and clarity.
