Own the end-to-end financial close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and month/quarter/year-end closes ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Generate and analyze financial reports for management, auditors, and external stakeholders, supporting multi-entity and multi-business unit reporting.
Develop and improve automation and reporting solutions to enhance financial process efficiency and accuracy while supporting audits and continuous process improvement.

Willing to work EAME shift (1PM-10PM IST) and 5-day in-office schedule in Bangalore, India location.
Experienced accounting professional skilled at managing complex financial data and large-volume accounting transactions with high accuracy and compliance orientation.
Analytically strong with capability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities utilizing automation and reporting tools.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and driving process standardization and digital transformation initiatives within finance operations.
