Lead and develop a team of 5-8 analytics and AI professionals driving operational transformation across US Consumer & Commercial Banking Operations.
Partner with Operations and cross-functional leaders to identify, design, and implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI solutions that improve productivity, quality, risk management, and customer experience.
Manage the full solution lifecycle from problem definition through deployment, ensuring measurable business impact and adoption of analytics/AI initiatives including Generative and Agentic AI technologies.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Operational Analytics, AI or related fields; 2 years preferred in people management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field; Master's preferred.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures) and Agentic AI (workflow orchestration, task automation frameworks).
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or equivalent analytical programming languages; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experienced leader with proven ability to drive AI-powered operational excellence and measurable business outcomes in large, complex banking environments.
Strong problem solver who can translate complex operational challenges into scalable analytics and AI solutions, balancing technical depth with business context.
Skilled at stakeholder management and influencing at senior levels in matrixed organizations, with a focus on execution, adoption, and continuous improvement.
