Own end-to-end operational support for private markets and alternatives including reconciliation, settlement, exception management, and client service to ensure data integrity and risk management.
Interpret complex legal and deal documentation to drive operational clarity and support regulatory control standards.
Lead process automation and control improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate operational risk in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
5–10 years of experience in loan operations or settlements, reconciliations, and documentation-driven transactions, especially in private credit, real assets, or project finance.
Strong expertise in private markets instruments such as syndicated loans, CLOs, restructurings, infrastructure debt, and related settlements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with loan-centric systems is advantageous.
Work Location: Must work onsite at least 4 days per week as per hybrid work model.
Experienced professional with deep operational knowledge in private credit and alternatives, able to manage complex legal and transaction details independently.
Comfortable navigating high-risk, high-volume environments with strong operational judgment and attention to detail.
Capable of collaborating globally with internal teams, external counterparties, and clients to maintain IBOR accuracy and lead operational innovation efforts.
